<p>In a component mounting machine, in which components are picked up by a plurality of suction nozzles (12) which are held by a mounting head (11) and mounted on a circuit board, on the mounting head (11) are provided: a plurality of air flow paths (21), which supply air to each of the plurality of suction nozzles (12); and a plurality of filter mounting holes (22), which are in communication with the plurality of air flow paths (21) from outside the mounting head (11). A plurality of filter units (23), which filter air flowing through the plurality of air flow paths (21), are removably mounted to the plurality of filter mounting holes (22) from outside the mounting head (11). In addition, the plurality of filter units (23) are coupled with resiliently deformable coupling members (31) and integrated so that when the filter units (23) are exchanged, the plurality of filter units (23) can be exchanged together.</p> |
