PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board structure capable of heating a battery without requiring cost for using and exchanging a battery.SOLUTION: An auxiliary battery 14 incorporated in an on-vehicle emergency report device 1 as an auxiliary power supply for a main battery 7, and a heater resistor 16 for heating the auxiliary battery 14 are mounted on a printed board 11. A heat transfer mechanism 19 is provided for transferring heat generated by the heater resistor 16 to the auxiliary battery 14. The auxiliary battery 14 is detachably fixed on the printed board 11 via the heat transfer mechanism 19. |
