The present invention relates to a dental grinder, which stores prosthesis in a storage unit moving in two directions and grinds the same to remove impurities and form uniform gloss, and generates no dust during the grinding, thereby improving operational environment and enhancing work efficiency. The dental grinder comprises: a case housing which has a space therein; a primary motor which is arranged on an inner lower portion of the case housing and has a rotary axis to provide rotary force; a rotation transmission axis which is connected to the axis of the primary motor to transmit rotary force; a first storage part which is connected to the rotation transmission axis to rotate, has a storage space inside and coupling recess parts on outer circumference portions, and whose top surface is opened; a sealing means which has a frame with catching protrusions at opposite sides to be insertedly coupled to the coupling recess parts of the first storage part; a sealing plate which is arranged on a lower portion of the frame and seals the portion into which the first storage part is inserted; an adjustment part which pressurizes and fixes the sealing plate by moving the same in a vertical direction; and a control part which is arranged on the upper outer circumferential surface of the case housing and controls the rotary direction of the axis of the primary motor.
