<p>The present invention relates to a controller for a vibrator of a powder feeding apparatus, wherein electronic hammers are installed in a suit, hopper, and feeding line that store and supply various kinds of solvents or combustive materials for powder or particles used in a feeding system of a manufacturing process to continuously generate steady shock waves and vibrations inside a pipe of the feeding line so that the powder can be prevented from being adhered and congealed into the pipe of the feeding line, and thus the fluidity of the powder can be continuously maintained and smoothly discharged and supplied. More specifically, the controller for the vibrator of the powder feeding apparatus enables a user to regulate various types of vibrations and strengths of the vibrations by controlling a frequency and a power supply, thereby controlling the characteristics of the vibrations according to the volumes of facilities to be installed or kinds of materials to be fed. Therefore, the controller for the vibrator of the powder feeding apparatus improves the feeding efficiency by preventing the adherence, cake, bridge, and deposition of the materials, and in addition, prevents magnetization of the vibrator.</p> |
