PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connection structure and the like capable of securing the vibration durability of a terminal.SOLUTION: A terminal connection structure comprises a male terminal and a female terminal fitting the male terminal. The male terminal includes a first metal material, and a first metal film coating the first metal material directly or indirectly and formed on the outermost surface. The female terminal includes a second metal material, and a second metal film coating the second metal material directly or indirectly and formed on the outermost surface. The first metal material and the second metal material are different from each other in terms of hardness.
