PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap that makes a finger less liable to slip when the cap is detached from a container body and that enables content poured in the cap to clearly be viewed in a case of a transparent cap.SOLUTION: A cap 1 has an upper cylindrical part 12 and a top lid part 14 closing one open end of the upper cylindrical part 12. The upper cylindrical part 12 has an outer peripheral wall comprising a first triangular face 20 that becomes narrower in the circumferential direction of the upper cylindrical part 12 as it goes away from the top lid part 14 and a second triangular face 22 that becomes wider in the circumferential direction of the upper cylindrical part 12 as it goes away from the top lid part 14. The outer peripheral wall includes first and second ridge lines 24 and 26 formed by the intersection of adjacent first and second triangular faces 20 and 22, the first ridge line 24 being inclined downward clockwise as viewed from the top lid part 14 side, and the second ridge line 26 being inclined downward counterclockwise as viewed from the top rid part 14 side. |
