1. A compound of Formula (I):or a stereoisomer, a tautomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
ring A is independently selected from R1 is independently selected from H, halogen and OH; R2 is independently H or halogen; R3 is independently selected from H, halogen, C1-6 haloalkyl, CN and CO2(C1-4 alkyl); R4 is independently C2-6 alkyl substituted with 0-3 F atoms; R5 is, independently at each occurrence, selected from C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkenyl, CO2(C1-4 alkyl), phenyl, pyridyl, benzyl, pyrazolyl, N—(C1-4 alkyl)-pyrazolyl, pyrazinyl, quinoxalinyl, andwherein each ring moiety is substituted with zero to three substituents independently selected from the group consisting of: halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 haloalkoxy, and N(C1-4 alkyl)2;
