DAMPING FORCE VARIABLE VALVE ASSEMBLY AND DAMPING FORCE VARIABLE SHOCK ABSORBER HAVING THE ASSEMBLY

Disclosed is a damping force variable valve assembly which is installed to a damping force variable type shock absorber to adjust the damping force. The damping force variable valve assembly comprises: a solenoid unit which opens and closes an oil path by moving a spool by a solenoid which generates magnetic force when electric current is applied; and a valve unit which generates damping force by a valve. The solenoid unit comprises: a first body which forms the appearance; a solenoid which is mounted to the first body; a plunger which is operated by the solenoid; a spool which is disposed in the first body to move together with the plunger; and a plug which is combined with the first body to prevent the separation of the spool. The valve unit comprises: a second body which forms an inlet to introduce operating fluid and a protruded part in the outside; a valve which is inserted to the outside of the second body; a valve body which has a path to flow the operating fluid to the valve; and a nut which fixates the valve and the valve body to the second body in cooperation with the protruded part. The valve is a multi-stage valve which is made by laminating a plurality of disks in multi-stage.
