PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to achieve satisfactory sound image localization by using head impulse response measured on individuals in a direction.SOLUTION: The sound processor includes: a prediction section that predicts a delay time in impulse response when a sound arrives at a head from a second direction out of a predetermined range on the basis of impulse response measured when a sound arrives at the head from plural first directions within a predetermined range in a front direction of the head; and a correction section that corrects a delay time of reference impulse response which is previously modeled with respect to the sound from the second direction aligning to the delay time predicted by the prediction section.
