PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a can lid for double seaming that allows even a double seamed can using a thin can-lid material to secure sufficient sealing performance.SOLUTION: A curl portion 15 of a can lid 10 for double seaming is formed having a cover hook radius portion 55 and a cover hook portion 56 corresponding to a cover hook radius 45 and a cover hook 46 when being tightened. The cover hook portion 56 is constituted of: a straight line portion 56a in a range of 0.2 mm from a tip thereof; a first curved portion 56b positioned closer to the tip other than the straight line portion 56a; and a second curved portion 56c positioned between the first curved portion 56b and the cover hook radius portion 55. A curvature radius R2 of the second curved portion 56c is set equal to 0.6 mm or more and equal to 1.1 mm or less, a curvature radius R1 of the first curved portion 56b is set equal to the radius of the second curved portion 56c or larger and equal to 1.4 mm or less, and a curvature radius R3 in the cover hook radius portion 55 is set equal to 1.2 mm or more and equal to 2.1 mm or less.
