PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for holding an appropriate position by preventing variation in an angular position of a securing plate relative to fixation means in the device for fixation of bone fragment at bone fractures.SOLUTION: The device comprises at least two fixation means comprising at least two bone nails 1, and a securing plate 17. Each bone nail includes a sleeve 5, and a pin arranged for displacement in the sleeve. A forward portion of the pin defines a first fixing portion for fixing the bone nail in the inner bone fragment 3, and a rear end portion 18 of the sleeve defines a second fixing portion for locking the bone nail to the securing plate. The outer bone fragment 2 can be slid in the inward direction toward the inner bone fragment along a central portion 32 of the sleeve. The thread of each screw hole in the securing plate is so configured that, after a rear end portion of the threaded sleeve is screwed in the screw hole, a lateral aperture for the pin in the sleeve is directed in a preset direction in the inner bone fragment. |
