The invention relates to a three-dimensional cellulose moulded body, which has an optically detectable core-shell structure, the shell having a higher density and a lower crystallinity than the core and the core has a sponge-like structure. The invention further relates to a method for producing said moulded body, to the use thereof, in particular in especially in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry.
