摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for controlling optical performances and conductive performances, from which a high refractive film having a high transmittance of visible light and an antistatic function can be obtained without using expensive zirconium oxide or titanium oxide, and a liquid composition for forming a coating film comprising the above material.SOLUTION: The material for controlling optical performances and conductive performances is composed of tin oxide powder doped with phosphorus and antimony. The content of antimony in terms of SbOis 5.0 mass% or more and 30.0 mass% or less with respect to 100 mass% of the powder; and the content of phosphorus in terms of POis 1.0 mass% or more and 25.0 mass% or less with respect to 100 mass% of the powder. The balance in the 100 mass% of the powder excluding the antimony oxide and phosphorus oxide is tin oxide. The liquid composition for forming a coating film is prepared by dispersing the above material and a binder in a solvent.
