PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor-containing multilayer film sheet that can achieve both of high luminance and high color rendering property of a light-emitting device using a light source of blue or ultraviolet light, such as a white LED, can simplify chromaticity adjustment of a light source in manufacturing processes, and suppress color irregularity.SOLUTION: The phosphor-containing multilayer film sheet is composed of two or more layers of a resin composition essentially comprising a resin (A), each layer having a thickness of 0.2 to 0.5 mm, and contains two or more kinds of phosphors including at least a red phosphor and a green phosphor. Each of at least two layers in the sheet contains one of the above phosphors; and a phosphor emitting light at a longer wavelength is disposed closer to a light-emitting element. A fine rugged structure smaller than a wavelength of visible light (400 to 800 nm) is formed on at least a surface where light enters and a surface where the received light exits to the outside. |
