<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect an organic EL display panel with efficiency and safety.SOLUTION: A method of inspecting an organic EL display panel 200 comprising a substrate 202 on which light emitting pixels 215 are arranged in a matrix, includes: applying a voltage to the light emitting pixels 215 by a power supply device 101 so as to light a plurality of light emitting pixels 215; making the plurality of lighted light emitting pixels 215 be within a measurement region of temperature measurement means, and detecting a temperature of each part of the organic EL display panel 200; and reducing the voltage applied by the power supply device 101 to a safe value in a case where a different between a temperature of a high-temperature part 221, which is a part where a temperature is relatively high in the measurement region, and a reference temperature is a predetermined threshold or more.</p> |
