The present invention relates to a method for making granular crushed scorched rice for iced and hot scorched rice tea, which enhances low solubility in water and insufficient flavor of the scorched rice pointed out as conventional problems by using the steps of: making the scorched rice; crushing the scorched rice; coating the scorched rice with polygonatum suspension; and performing operations of secondary forming, secondary roasting, drying and crushing to be rapidly solved even in the cool water and the warm water and to make granules soft and have the flavor of the scorched rice, thereby being valuably used as an alternative of a tea, a snack or a meal. |
