The present invention provides a filter type bidet preventing bacterial contamination. The filter type bidet preventing bacterial contamination improves sanitation of cleaning water used for washing after urination or applying a bidet function. Moreover, the filter type bidet preventing bacterial contamination enables a filter to conveniently be exchanged and changed. The present invention comprises: a hot water tank which has a flush control valve and has the water supply valve to supply the cleaning water; and a cleaning nozzle installed in a rear end of the flush control valve. A first filter is installed in the front end of the water supply valve and a second filter is installed between the hot water tank and the cleaning nozzle.
