PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the removal work from a ceiling plane of medium and large sized air conditioning units having a large weight in particular in ceiling-suspension type air conditioning units for cleaning or washing.SOLUTION: A ceiling-suspension type unit cooler 10 comprises; a heat transfer tube 24 with a cooling medium flowing in an interior thereof; a casing main body 12 forming an air channel w facing the heat transfer tube 24; and a fan 23 attached to the casing main body 12 for sending air to a ventilation flue w, the unit cooler 10 being fixed on a ceiling wall 102. The ceiling-suspension type unit cooler 10 includes: a region r1 of a fixing metal fitting 80 fixed on the ceiling wall 102 by first fixing means; and a region r2 of the fixing metal fitting 80 fixed to a disassembly jig 70 by second fixing means when the ceiling-suspension type unit cooler 10 is disassembled from the ceiling wall 102. The region r1 is provided above the ceiling-suspension type unit cooler 10.
