1. A clothes treating apparatus comprising:
a cabinet that includes a clothing storage chamber; and a heat pump configured to transfer air to the clothing storage chamber, and the heat pump being separably mounted at the cabinet, wherein the heat pump includes: an evaporator, a compressor, a condenser and an expansion apparatus configured to form a refrigerant compression cycle; a heat pump controller configured to control operation of the heat pump according to a plurality of operation modes; and a heat pump power supply unit, and wherein the plurality of operation modes comprise:
a drying mode configured to control operation of the heat pump when the heat pump is provided in the cabinet; anda dehumidification mode configured to control operation of the heat pump when the heat pump is separated from the cabinet. |
