本发明系有关于一种鞋制造方法，系主要将一鞋大底置入一设于烘箱内之鞋模其鞋槽中，再于该鞋槽内依序于该鞋大底上铺设第一胶膜及鞋中底，继使热风输出部对第一胶膜吹送热风，并使压底机其加热板伸入鞋模之鞋槽内，以压掣鞋中底，且经鞋中底导热予第一胶膜，以将第一胶膜热活化，使鞋中底及鞋大底相互黏结，续于鞋槽内将第二胶膜铺设于鞋中底上，另将鞋面套置于压底机之加热楦头，又使热风输出部对第二胶膜吹送热风，且使加热楦头伸入鞋模之鞋槽内，以使加热楦头经鞋面底周缘导热予第二胶膜，以将第二胶膜热活化，而使鞋面与鞋中底相黏结，据此，俾简便、快速完成鞋面、鞋中底及鞋大底之黏结作业者。; laying a first adhesive film and a shoe midsole on the shoe outsole sequentially; blowing hot air to the first adhesive file from a hot air output unit; inserting a heating plate of a pressing machine into the shoe recess of the shod mold to press the shoe midsole; guiding heat to the first adhesive film through the shoe midsole to thermally activate the first adhesive film to bond the shoe midsole to the shoe outsole; laying a second adhesive film to the shoe midsole within the shoe recess; sleeving a vamp on a last of the pressing machine; blowing hot air to the second adhesive film from the hot air output unit; inserting the last into the shoe recess of the shoe mold so that heat can be guided to the second adhesive film by the last through the bottom peripheral edge to thermally activate the second adhesive film to bond the vamp to the shoe midsole. Accordingly, the adhesive operation for a vamp, a midsole and an outsole can be completed simply and rapidly. |
