PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition for easily opening solventless lamination, which is used for a laminate film of multilayer constitution having excellent openability and content resistance.SOLUTION: Provided is an adhesive composition for easily opening solventless lamination using two kinds of allophanate-modified polyisocyanates which have allophanate group contents in the adhesive composition adjusted to an arbitrary range and have arbitrary functional groups, thereby enabling even a laminate film of multilayer constitution to have excellent openability as well as excellent content resistance, initial adhesiveness, and adhesiveness to an olefin film.
