PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a casting to have a near net shape by reducing a machining margin of the casting.SOLUTION: When extracting a core mold from a core, while rotating it around its axis, a curing time of self-curing sand, a friction force generated between the core and the core mold upon extraction, and strength of the core upon extraction are adjusted properly.
