PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a distance between a temperature detection member and a heating roller from being significantly changed even if a fixing frame is deformed.SOLUTION: A fixing apparatus 18 includes: a temperature detection member (center thermistor 110) for detecting a temperature of a heating roller; a platy support member (thermistor plate 120) orthogonal to a facing direction of facing the heating roller and the temperature detection member, to support the temperature detection member; and a fixing frame 100 for supporting both ends of the support member. The support member includes: a support part 121 for supporting the temperature detection member; a first part 122 having predetermined rigidity; a second part 123 having rigidity lower than the first part 122; and a fixation part 124 which is fixed to an installation surface 102 orthogonal to the facing direction of the fixing frame 100. The fixation part 124 is arranged at one end of the support member. The support part 121 is arranged in the intermediate position of the support member. The first and second parts 122, 123 are arranged between the fixation part 124 and the support part 121. |
