PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition with high transparency, a low dielectric constant, and excellent re-peelability and provide an adhesive tape and a laminate using produced the adhesive composition.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition is mainly composed of a (meth) acrylic polymer with molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1.05-2.5 obtained by copolymerization of a monomer mixture comprising a) a nitrogen containing monomer, and b) an alkyl (meth) acrylate having a 10-20C branched chain alkyl group by living radical polymerization.
