<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyor capable of reducing vibration and noise in a traveling direction.SOLUTION: A passenger conveyor comprises: a pair of left/right link plates 11 and 12 disposed with endless footstep chains 3 coupling a plurality of footsteps 5 apart from each other; pins 14 coupling the pair of left/right link plates 11 and 12 in a rotationally movable manner; and rollers being rotatably disposed between the pair of left/right link plates 11 and 12 with the pins 14 serving as shaft centers and rotationally moving guide rails 6. The rollers comprise: footstep rollers 13A being rotatably provided at side end portions of the plurality of footsteps 5 and supporting loads of the footsteps 5; and auxiliary rollers 13B provided among the footstep rollers 13A adjacent to one another in a longitudinal direction of the footstep chains 3 and being formed of a member having hardness greater than that of the footstep rollers 13A.</p> |
