1. A method of requesting an interpretation of a medical record, the method comprising:
a) receiving a medical record associated with a subject by a computer system; b) searching based on the medical record a database of health care providers, wherein each healthcare provider in the database is independently associated with a specialty, to provide at least one qualified health care provider, wherein the qualified health care provider is qualified to interpret the medical record, wherein the computer system comprises a processor, wherein the search is performed by the processor; c) requesting from the qualified health care provider a requested interpretation of the medical record; d) receiving the requested interpretation of the medical record from the qualified health care provider; and e) ranking the requested interpretation against at least one alternative interpretation by a different health care provider to provide a ranking of interpretations.
