The present invention relates to a method for screening bioactive substances using fishes' congenital color distinction and preference behavior for a certain color, and provides a method for easily mass screening various bioactive substances. In particular, bioactive substances which affect neurotransmission, such as leading compounds or active substances, etc. acting as acetylcholinesterase inhibitors which are currently the targets of neural abnormality therapeutics, are compared with a control group, thereby being capable of being rapidly screened. |
