The present invention relates to a posting transaction system for posting and webzine transactions and a posting transaction method using the same and, more particularly, to a transaction system for posting and webzine transactions and a transaction method therefor, wherein a posting, which has been registered at a personal home page by a person, or a posting or a webzine, which has been registered at a company homepage by a company, can be transacted on line, and a buyer, who has bought the posting or webzine, can re-fabricate the same into a webzine format of his/her own. A transaction system for posting and webzine transactions of the present invention, according to the same, comprises: a seller terminal including seller login information and posting information; a buyer terminal including buyer login information; and a posting transaction server comprising: a member management unit including member information including the seller login information and the buyer login information, the member management unit determining, when the seller terminal transmits the seller login information, whether the same coincides with seller login information included in the member information or not and, in the case of coincidence, endowing the seller terminal with an access right, the member management unit determining, when the buyer terminal transmits the buyer login information, whether the same coincides with buyer login information included in the member information or not and, in the case of coincidence, endowing the buyer terminal with an access right, a posting generation unit for recording posting information uploaded from the seller terminal after the seller terminal has been endowed with an access right from the member management unit, a posting price setting unit which interworks with the posting generation unit, receives price information input from the seller terminal, and records the price information onto the posting information, a posting registration unit which, when the buyer terminal accesses using the login information, makes registrations such that the buyer terminal can search price information of the posting information, information regarding a seller who has recorded the posting information, and a part of content of the posting information, a webzine generation unit which, when the seller terminal records the posting information, generates a single piece of webzine information from a plurality of pieces of posting information provided by the seller terminal, a webzine price setting unit which interworks with the webzine generation unit, receives price information input from the seller terminal, and records the price information onto the webzine information, a webzine registration unit which, when the buyer terminal accesses using the login information, makes registrations such that the buyer terminal can search price information of the webzine information, information regarding a seller who has recorded the webzine information, and a part of content of the webzine information, and a settlement unit which, when the buyer terminal wants to buy the posting information or the webzine information, transmits settlement information regarding settlement of price information of the posting information or price information of the webzine information to the buyer terminal.
