<p>The present invention relates to a dental implant comprising: a fixture that has an axial hole formed on the upper portion thereof and is implanted into a jawbone (alveolar bone); an abutment including a lower fastening shaft part resiliently coupled to the fixture through insertion into the axial hole thereof in the longitudinal direction and an upper mounting part on the upper portion of the lower fastening shaft part, a prosthesis being secured to the upper mounting part; a corresponding fastening part having a stopper formed on the entire or a predetermined portion of the inner surface of the axial hole of the fixture in the circumferential direction; and a resilient fastening piece having a fastening part provided on a fastening shaft part that is formed on a side of the lower fastening shaft part of the abutment and has a hollow tube (pipe) shape, the fastening part correspondingly coupled to the stopper of the corresponding fastening part formed on the inner surface of the axial hole of the fixture.</p>
