摘要 The invention relates to a method for the deconvolution of nucleic acid-containing substance mixtures using synthetically generated target nucleotide sequences. According to the invention, starting from a plurality of nucleotides (A, C, G, T/U), a plurality of different target nucleotide sequences (TNS) (A1 - An, B1 - Bn,..., Zn) having N0 - Nn sequence positions is generated according to a predetermined algorithm. In a further step at least one of the TNS (A1 - An, B1 - Bn,..., Zn) generated is associated with at least one substance or one substance combination and is chemically coupled thereto. At least one substance mixture to be analyzed and having at least two different TNS and/or TNS-coupled substances contained therein is provided and is sequenced according to a sequencing method, at the same time all TNS (A1 - An, B1 - Bn,..., Zn) contained in the substance mixture or further nucleic acids or nucleic acid sequences are detected in a common sequence spectrum. In order to facilitate the deconvolution and thus the identification of enriched TNS, the sequence spectra of a substance mixture should be deducted/subtracted from each other prior to and after a selection experiment.
