PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing device capable of easily observing X-ray image data in which a blood vessel is drawn.SOLUTION: A medical image processing device 15 includes a blood vessel image generation part 16 and a display processing part 22. The blood vessel image generation part acquires a time change in the concentration of a contrast medium on the basis of at least time-series X-ray angiographic image data of a subject, and generates blood vessel image data having a value according to the time change in the concentration of the contrast medium as a pixel value. The display processing part acquires the information indicating whether the blood vessel image data is image data acquired before an operation of the subject or image data acquired after the operation of the subject, and, based on the information, executes display processing for the blood vessel image data according to a gray scale or a color scale so that the blood vessel image data is displayed in a corresponding image display region of a plurality of image display regions.
