<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cool a coil wound around a stator core in a distributed winding manner at a motor where a cuff support member is provided on an axial end surface of the stator core.SOLUTION: When a cooling oil is supplied to a radial outer peripheral surface of a stator core 40, a part of the cooling oil supplied to the radial outer peripheral surface of the stator core 40 flows into multiple guide grooves 54 of a cuff support member 50a. Each guide groove 54 is formed so that the cooling oil is led from the stator core 40 side to the coil ends 60a, 60b side. Thus, coil ends 60a, 60b are directly cooled by the cooling oil flowing into the guide grooves 54. The structure effectively can cool a coil 62.</p> |
