PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device of producing sterilized vegetable using ozone gas that can make sterilizing power greater than conventional sterilizing power using facilities comparable with conventional facilities.SOLUTION: A method of producing sterilized vegetable includes: an ozone water production step of producing ozone water by causing ozone gas to come into contact with water using an ozone water production device 1; an ozone water sterilization step of sterilizing vegetable by causing the ozone water produced in the ozone water production device 1 to come into contact with the vegetable in an ozone water sterilization tank 2; and an ozone gas sterilization step of sterilizing the vegetable by causing remaining ozone gas remaining after coming into contact with the water in the ozone water production device 1 to come into contact with the vegetable in an ozone gas fumigation tank 4. |
