The present invention provides a battery cell having an electrode assembly, which is embedded in a variable cell case while impregnated with an electrolyte, and being flexibly deformable according to the shape of a device on which the cell is mounted, the battery cell being characterized in that a coating part comprising inert particles is formed on at least one of outer surfaces constituting the electrode assembly.
