This Machine Type Communication Interworking Function (MTC-IWF) entity (1) is configured such that, in response to receiving from a Service Capability Server (SCS) a first service quality request applied to a specific communication of an MTC device, a second request for applying said service quality to said specific communication is sent to a Policy and Charging Rule Function (PCRF) entity. Thereby, in response to a request for service quality from the SCS, service quality of specific communications can be easily controlled inside of a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN). |
