Provided is a resistor in which a heat sink (an aluminum member) (23) and the other surface (11b) of a ceramic substrate (11) are bonded by an Al-Si brazing material. The Al-Si brazing material has a melting point in the range of 600-700 °C. The use of this Al-Si brazing material to bond the heat sink (23) and the ceramic substrate (11) makes it possible to simultaneously achieve heat resistance and prevent thermal deterioration at the time of bonding.
