An electrical wiring device (1) for vehicles is provided with a distribution module (12) that is disposed between an auxiliary connector (11) and optional apparatuses (N1-N4). The distribution module (12) is provided with: semiconductor relays (R1-R4) connected to a power supply line; input/output interfaces (P1-P3); a control unit (21) that controls the semiconductor relays (R1-R4) and the input/output interfaces (P1-P3) on the basis of various kinds of signals acquired via a communication line; and a connecting terminal (TB1) for connecting outputs of the semiconductor relays (R1-R4) and outputs of the input/output interfaces (P1-P3) to the optional apparatuses (N1-N4). The control unit (21) controls operations of the semiconductor relays (R1-R4) and the input/output interfaces (P1-P3) corresponding to the optional apparatuses (N1-N4) connected to the connecting terminal (TB1).
