摘要 本发明提出包含锂过渡金属磷酸盐颗粒之阴极活性材料,其中该锂过渡金属磷酸盐颗粒包含由二或多种第一初级粒子聚结而形成之第一次级粒子,与在该第一次级粒子中由二或多种第二初级粒子聚结而形成之第二次级粒子,及彼等之制备方法。;由于根据本发明之具体实施例的阴极活性材料可包含具有不同的平均粒径之第一初级粒子与第二初级粒子,所以可使从阴极电流集极剥落的阴极活性材料减到最少,及可进一步改良二次电池之性能特性,例如高的输出特性与有效容量的增加。此外,由于该第一次级粒子是多孔性的,当被用于阴极时因滚压而造成该次级粒子瓦解与破裂。因此可减少弹回现象,所以可进一步改良黏着力与可加工性。;Since the cathode active material according to an embodiment of the present invention may include first primary particles and second primary particles having different average particle diameters, the exfoliation of the cathode active material from a cathode collector may be minimized and performance characteristics, such as high output characteristics and an increase in available capacity, of a secondary battery may be further improved.
