PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a glass panel and other grazing panel, free from the need of a large scale manufacturing procedure in a manufacturing method of safe glass not by a lamination step, and capable of rapidly forming multi-layer grazing without requiring expenses.SOLUTION: Injection molding is used in order to directly form a polymer intermediate layer 16 between two rigid base plates 12 and 14 where a multi-layer panel obtained by compressing grazing base plates 12 and 14 to a mutually confronted direction after injecting a melting polymer material, and compressing to a prescribed thickness followed by cooling is arranged so as to function as a safe panel usable in any usage of appropriate conventional safe grazing. Polymer injection to a relatively narrow space 16 of the grazing base plate, normally seen in safe grazing is facilitated by using polymer of a relatively low molecular weight, a large number of injection points, cast molding compression and/or a heated base plate. |
