<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triplet light emitting element which is efficient and stable and can be fabricated by a simpler process than conventional elements, by simplifying the element structure and avoiding use of an unstable material.SOLUTION: In an element structure using no hole blocking layer conventionally used in a triplet light emitting element, that is, an element structure in which on a substrate 101 there are formed an anode 102, a hole transporting layer 103 made of a hole transporting material, an electron transporting and light emitting layer 104 made of an electron transporting material and a dopant material capable of triplet light emission, and a cathode 105, which are laminated in this order, the combination of the hole transporting material and the electron transporting material and the combination of the electron transporting material and the dopant material are optimized.</p> |
