PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a ceramic body laminating a plurality of dielectric layers, a plurality of internal electrodes formed on the upper surface of the dielectric layer so as to be laminated alternately, an external electrode formed on the surface of the ceramic body so as to be connected electrically with the internal electrode, and a static electricity shield layer interposed between the plurality of dielectric layers so as to protect the internal electrodes against static electricity flowing into the external electrode.
