The seat frame is pivotally supported on the support base by an upright column, the seat frame being rotatable relative to the support base about a pivot axis, and the upright column including a column portion affixed with an underside of the seat frame. The motion driving module is attached with the support base, and includes a driving part that is arranged below the seat frame at a location offset from the pivot axis, the motion driving module being operable to cause reciprocated rotation of the driving part that imparts a substantially horizontal oscillating motion to the column portion and the seat frame. |
