A rectifier circuit device of the present disclosure detects direct-current-side output power, and adjusts a phase relationship between the voltage of an alternating-current power supply and the driving pattern of a semiconductor switch such that the amounts of power detected in the initial stage, the middle stage, and the final stage of each half cycle of the alternating-current power supply fall within a predetermined range or a change in the direct-current-side output power falls within a predetermined range, and the direct-current-side output power matches a target value. The short circuit duration ratio (D) of the driving pattern is set by an equation represented by D=1-A×sin(θ-β)-Vac_harm(θ)÷Vdc (where Vac_harm(θ) is distortion information included in input voltage). A coefficient (A) is adjusted by a difference between a detected direct-current voltage and a direct-current voltage target value, and a phase delay (β) is adjusted by a difference between two amounts of power respectively detected in the first half and the latter half of each half cycle of the alternating-current power supply. According to the present disclosure, a rectifier circuit device capable of reducing a harmonic current can be implemented without detecting each instantaneous current. |
