摘要 <p>The control accuracy of steam by means of a pressure reducing valve is enhanced. Provided is a steam supply system which is configured in such a manner that re-evaporated steam (FS) in a re-evaporation tank (2) is sucked by a steam ejector (4) and mixed with passing steam (S') in a form that a pressure reducing valve (3) is interposed in a steam supply passage (1), the steam ejector (4) is interposed on the downstream side of the pressure reducing valve (3) in the steam supply passage (1), a suction section (4a) of the steam ejector (4) and the re-evaporation tank (2) for re-evaporating condensate (D1) are connected by a suction passage (9), and the passing steam (S') of the pressure reducing valve (3) is set as the driving steam of the steam ejector (4), and in which a check valve (10) for suppressing the back-flow of the steam to the re-evaporation tank (2) is interposed in the suction passage (9). The steam supply system is configured in such a manner that the valve opening of the pressure reducing valve (3) is adjusted according to the temperature or pressure of the steam on the downstream side of the steam ejector (4) in the steam supply passage (1), and has a structure in which the check valve (10) has specific flow rate characteristics in which the increasing rate of flow rate along with an increase in the valve opening of the check valve is equivalent between a small opening region with a small valve opening and a large opening region with a large valve opening, or specific flow rate characteristics in which the increasing rate of the flow rate is less in the small opening region than in the large opening region.</p>
