PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a dihydro-1,3,5-triazine amine derivative useful as a pharmaceutical composition in a high yield and high excess enantiomorph ratio.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for separating an enantiomer of a dihydro-1,3,5-triazine amine derivative represented by the formula (1) by chromatography having a specified chiral ion exchanger.
