PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain particle for carbonaceous material inner package which acquires carbonaceous material inner package ore mass in which an iron-containing material and carbonaceous material are not in proximity, without using a metal iron-containing brown iron oxide such as iron-making dust or a mill scale, and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A carbonaceous material nucleus, iron ore powder as an outer layer and a CaO-containing material as a melting point adjusting agent are put into a pelletizer, and are mixed and granulated. Thereby the outer layer is coated and formed around the carbonaceous material nucleus, and the carbonaceous material nucleus serves as a pseudo particle. Therefore, the grain particle for carbonaceous material inner package for sinter ore production formed of the carbonaceous material nucleus, and the outer layer formed of the iron ore powder and the CaO-containing material formed around the carbonaceous material nucleus, is provided. |
