<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a movable body moving at high speed to be reliably detected.SOLUTION: An IC tag 300 is attached to a shoe of a runner. An electronic pistol 100 outputs a radio signal indicating a start when a trigger is pulled. A radio part 240 receives the radio signal and a clock part 220 starts timing. The IC tag 300 outputs a unique identification signal wirelessly. When the runner lands on a measuring mat 200, a processing part 230 communicates with the IC tag 300 through an antenna part 210, and identifies the runner by a unique identification number output from the IC tag. The processing part 230 identifies position information indicating on which antenna the runner lands according to by which antenna of a plurality of antennas of the antenna part 210 the IC tag information is received. The clock part simultaneously acquires the time the runner lands on the antenna. The processing part 230 acquires a running time until each runner passes a predetermined measurement spot.</p> |
