A method for diagnosing cancer in a subject in need of such diagnosis comprising obtaining an immunoglobulin-containing biological sample from the subject, performing an assay to determine the presence or absence of one or more cancer diagnostic biomarkers in the biological sample, and diagnosing cancer if one or more cancer diagnostic biomarkers are present.
