An array substrate, a liquid crystal display panel and a display device. The array substrate comprises an underlayment substrate (100), a plurality of pixel units (200) arranged on the underlayment substrate (100), and a drive module providing a display signal for each pixel unit (200); and a photovoltaic battery assembly (300) electrically connected to the drive module, wherein the photovoltaic battery assembly (300) comprises a plurality of photovoltaic sub-batteries (310), each of the photovoltaic sub-batteries (310) comprises a first transparent electrode (311), a photovoltaic thin film (312) and a second transparent electrode (313). The orthogonal projection of the photovoltaic thin film (312) on the underlayment substrate (100) is located in a light shading region. Since the photovoltaic battery assembly (300) electrically connected to the drive module is arranged in the array substrate, the light energy of the light shading region can be converted into electric energy using the photovoltaic battery assembly (300), and the electric energy can be output to the drive module to be used thereby, thereby effectively utilizing the light energy of the light shading region. Since the orthogonal projection of the photovoltaic thin film (312) on the underlayment substrate (100) is located in the light shading region, the aperture ratio of each pixel unit (200) in the array substrate will not be affected.
