The rectification and amplitude limiting circuit controlled by a switch signal converts direct-current signals absorbed and rectified by an inductance coil antenna of a passive RFID tag into a high level and a low level signal, and inputs same to a control input end of a discharging path of a rectification circuit, so as to control the discharging path to be opened for discharging or in a closed state according to the quantity of electric charges. Amplitude limiting control conducted on the circuit voltage is realized by dynamically adjusting the voltage amplitude of a rectifier, so as to satisfy requirements of a semiconductor device on a chip for the reliability of overvoltage protection, and prevent the occurrence of a phenomenon where the reception of a card reader terminal is saturated. |
